Let Cute Monsters Guide You in Practicing the SDGs
This event is designed to promote the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) while incorporating library utilization education. The aim is to help students understand the content of the goals, learn about related library resources, and enhance their information literacy.
Students will calculate their student ID to receive their own monster, which will accompany them on their mission. The mission consists of three themes, and each theme requires the completion of at least one question sheet to be considered complete. For each correct answer, students can draw one "Cute Monster Small Action Card." Correctly answering one question earns one card, two questions earn two cards, and so on.
If the small action cards drawn by students do not fulfill the corresponding goals on their mission sheet, they can exchange cards with classmates or complete designated tasks at the "SDGs Bank" to exchange for the necessary goal cards.
The small action cards used in this event are linked to the SDGs board game "It's a small thing but useful." This allows students to become familiar with the game cards through the event, serving as a warm-up for future board game activities.
